1. Digital Resources: Returns of digital resources will not be accepted once they have been downloaded. This policy is in line with Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16. If you have any problem with the download or the file is damaged, please contact us via our customer service email: info@cosicasdemaestra.com and we will provide an alternative solution.
2. Physical Resources: If you wish to return a physical resource, you have a period of 14 calendar days to request a return from the date of receipt of the order. In this case, the buyer will bear the return shipping costs.

To proceed with the return, please contact our customer service team via email at info@cosicasdemaestra.com providing your name, order number, and reason for the return. Once we have received and verified the condition of the product, a refund of the amount corresponding to the price of the returned product will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days.

• The return shipping costs for a physical resource will be borne by the buyer.
