Spring Window Art

Spring Window Art

We are going to make a very beautiful craft to decorate our classroom and home windows. In this case, we have made a butterfly, but we can use any shape that comes to mind with the same technique, such as flowers, ladybugs, Easter eggs, etc. At the end of the post, you can watch the complete video of the creation process.
Materials we will need:
  • Black cardstock.
  • Colored tissue paper.
  • Adhesive film.
  • Scissors.

Print or draw a butterfly silhouette on the black cardstock and cut it out.

Cut tissue paper squares of approximately 2 x 2 centimeters.

Stick adhesive film on one side of the butterfly and start gluing the tissue paper pieces.

Once all the gaps are filled with colored tissue paper, stick adhesive film on the other side of the butterfly and trim the edges.

Our butterfly is now ready to welcome spring and add a touch of color to our windows.

Additionally, here is the full video of its creation.
