Sensory Sand

Materials we will need:
- Flour
- Sunflower oil
- Turmeric
- Bowl
- Spoon
Before offering any material of this type to children, you should take into account possible allergies and intolerances.
Add 8 tablespoons of flour to the bowl.
Add turmeric or powdered food coloring and stir.
Add two tablespoons of sunflower oil.
Start mixing by opening and closing your fist so that the ingredients integrate.
Once you achieve the wet sand texture and it's consistent, your sensory material is ready to use. Place it on a tray and add molds and elements to play with.
