Weather Statistics
Through learning statistics in the early childhood education classroom, the aim is to promote that students acquire knowledge that serves as a basis for the collection, description, and interpretation of data.
How do I put it into practice in the classroom?
Every day during the morning meeting, the student in charge of routines dedicates time to collect information about the weather on the statistics panel. They look out the window, verbalize the weather they see, and place the corresponding symbol on the panel.
On the last day of the month, during the morning meeting, we count each column and see which weather has been the winner, awarding it its trophy.
